Berlin with a baby or toddler (0-2)
Berlin is kind to strollers: flat, with step-free access at most U-Bahn stations and baby changing at the zoo, the aquarium and both big museums. The aquarium and a long walk at Gärten der Welt or Tempelhofer Feld are the easy wins. Leave the TV Tower, where strollers stay downstairs.
Tips by age · 0-2
- At the TV Tower strollers stay at the cloakroom, so bring a carrier or skip it.
- Change the baby at Ostbahnhof before the East Side Gallery. There is no changing room at the Wall.
- Zoo restaurants warm baby food and have free bibs and hot water.
