Prague with kids aged 6-10
This is the best age for Prague. They can climb the Petřín tower, get the jokes at the Illusion Art Museum, last three hours in the technical museum and still manage the castle if you go early. Most child tickets start at age 6 and stay cheap.
Tips by age · 6-10
- Buy the combined Petřín ticket: tower and Mirror Maze for CZK 200 a child, or CZK 600 for the whole family.
- The National Museum's Children's Museum runs 90-minute slots at 10:15, 12:15, 14:15 and 16:15, CZK 140 per child.
- The technical museum's mine tour is an add-on from age 3. Ask for it when you buy tickets.
