Amsterdam with a baby or toddler (0-2)
Amsterdam with a baby or toddler is mostly a stroller city, flat and compact, and trams and metros carry strollers for free. Museums are free or nearly free for this age and the big ones have lifts and changing tables. The exceptions matter: no stroller on canal boats, none inside the Anne Frank House, and stairs at Madame Tussauds.
