Tokyo Disneyland with kids

Tokyo Disneyland is in Maihama, about 15 minutes from Tokyo Station on the JR Keiyo Line, then a five-minute walk. It takes the whole day and most of your energy. Children under four enter free and there are rides and shows they can join, though some need a child to sit unaided. Older children want the bigger rides, and those have the longest waits.

Three to ten is the core age and they will remember it. Teenagers enjoy the rides if they accept the queues. With a baby it is doable thanks to the stroller rental and Baby Center, but the day is long.

Ticket prices change by date and are shown on the official calendar, so we do not list a figure here. The park rents strollers for 1,000 yen a day and has a Baby Center for feeding and changing. Plan a slow start to the next day.
