Verdict by age
Not a general rating. How each age band actually experiences it.
Preschoolers are the audience and they will be delighted. Six-to-tens enjoy it if they know the characters. Most teenagers should be spared. Babies cope well because it is indoors, with good facilities.
That makes it right for two-to-six-year-olds and wrong for most children over ten, unless they love the characters. Allow three to five hours including the train. On weekends, holidays and weekdays that close at 6:00 pm, strollers cannot be used on floors 1 and 2, so bring a carrier. The Baby Center has nursing rooms, changing tables and hot water.
Tips for the visit
- Check the official calendar first. Opening hours and prices change by date.
- Follow the walkway from the station. It leads to the 3rd-floor entrance without stairs.
- The soft-play area is for children up to elementary school age.
